Linda Nancy Dalpe (nee Peloquin) passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, July 19th, 2020. She was 60 years old. She was my mom. Weeks before her death she had agreed to participate in an audio project of mine to record our family's ghost stories from our childhood home in Effingham, New Hampshire. I had no idea at the time this would be one of our last conversations.

This is a ghost story. Ultimately, perhaps, more importantly, this is a story about what my mom loved most in the world… her home.

At times I felt burdened by this recording. Other times I felt bittersweetly grateful for its existence. My hope now is that I’ve created and shared something that she would have thought was really cool. Love ya, lady, forever. https://www.currentobituary.com/obit/...
